Referral Enquiries

When making a referral enquiry, please provide as much relevant information as possible to help us understand the learner’s circumstances and support needs. This may include:

The learner’s age.
Their identified Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and any known diagnoses.
Their Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) status, including whether a plan is in place or is currently being assessed.
Any significant learning, communication, health, behavioural, emotional or support requirements.
Details of their current or most recent school or college placement.
